Seller Responsibilities Sellers are solely responsible for: The accuracy and legality of their listings The condition, pricing, and description of listed vehicles Compliance with applicable laws and regulations Listings must not: Be false, misleading, or fraudulent Infringe intellectual property rights Contain offensive or illegal content Powersports Market reserves the right to remove or modify listings at its discretion. b. No Guarantees Powersports Market does not guarantee: That listings are accurate or current That vehicles will sell The condition or legality of any vehicle All purchases and negotiations occur directly between buyers and sellers.
  5. Buyer Responsibilities Buyers are responsible for: Conducting their own due diligence Verifying vehicle condition, ownership, and documentation Complying with applicable laws when purchasing vehicles Powersports Market does not provide inspections, warranties, or guarantees.
  6. Communications The Platform allows users to communicate with one another. You agree to use messaging features respectfully and lawfully. Harassment, spam, or misuse of messaging features may result in account suspension or termination.
  7. Fees and Payments At this time, Powersports Market does not process payments between users. Any fees for listings, promotions, or subscriptions (if applicable) will be clearly disclosed. All transactions and payments occur outside the Platform unless otherwise stated.

Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant Powersports Market a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute such content on the Platform.
